Celtic B 2-1 Heart of Midlothian B

The battle of the B-teams went the way of Celtic on Friday night as goals from Lewis Dobbie and Colby Donovan helped secure a 2-1 home victory over Hearts. The visitors finish their season in second place in the table.

Berwick Rangers 2-1 Albion Rovers

An early goal from Jackson Mylchreest and a second half goal from Joe Ellison helped Berwick Rangers end their season in 13th place with a 2-1 victory over ninth placed Albion Rovers.

Bo’ness United 3-2 University of Stirling

Goals from Ryan Porteous, Finlay Malcolm and Kieran Mitchell helped Bo’ness United finish their season in an impressive third place with a 3-2 home victory over University of Stirling. The visitors finish their season in 11th place.

Broomhill 3-1 East Stirlingshire

A double from Josh Jack and a goal from Corey O’Donnell helped Broomhill secure a 3-1 home victory over East Stirlingshire in Stephen Swift’s final match as manager. Swift has departed the club to join Cumnock Juniors.

Caledonian Braves 3-2 Cowdenbeath

Goals from Aiden Clocherty, Joshua Gemmell and Jacob Long helped Caledonian Braves end their league season with a 3-2 home win over 10th placed Cowdenbeath. The hosts finish the league in 12th place.

Civil Service Strollers 2-1 Linlithgow Rose

Goals from Matthew Shaw and Kris Amponsah helped Civil Service Strollers secure a third straight top-half finish with a 2-1 home win over eighth placed Linlithgow Rose. The hosts finished the league in seventh place.

Cumbernauld Colts 2-1 Gala Fairydean Rovers

Goals from Daniel Hatfield and Keelan Adams helped Cumbernauld Colts end their season in an incredible fourth place after a 2-1 home victory over Gala Fairydean Rovers. The visitors finish the season in 16th place.

Gretna 2008 2-1 Edinburgh University

Goals from Dean Brotherston and Connor Austin helped Gretna 2008 secure a massive 2-1 home victory over Edinburgh University who were relegated following the defeat, Gretna 2008 can still be relegated from the Lowland League but only if Highland League champions Buckie Thistle are promoted to the SPFL.

Tranent 0-3 East Kilbride

A double from Tiwi Daramola and a goal from Ferguson helped champions East Kilbride end their league season on a high with a 3-0 away win at Tranent. Mick Kennedy’s side will face Highland League champions Buckie Thistle in a two-legged playoff starting on Saturday and the winners will face the bottom side in League Two to try and gain promotion to the SPFL.
